Facility Breakdown

Fabrication Shed

Dimensions: 110 m x 50 m x 12 m

Purpose: This is the primary workspace where raw materials are transformed into finished products. Equipped with advanced machinery, the fabrication shed is designed for efficiency and productivity.

Grit Blasting Shed

Dimensions: 15 m x 5 m x 12 m

Purpose: Utilized for surface preparation, the grit blasting shed ensures that materials are clean and ready for subsequent processes. This step is crucial for achieving the desired surface finish.

Primer Shed

Dimensions: 15 m x 5 m x 12 m

Purpose: Dedicated to the application of primer coatings, this facility enhances the adhesion of paints and ensures the longevity of the finished products.

Paint Booth

Dimensions: 15 m x 6 m x 12 m

Features: This enclosed chamber is equipped with a state-of-the-art air circulation system driven by a compressor, ensuring a controlled environment for high-quality painting. The design includes exhaust systems to manage fumes, promoting a safe working environment.

Finishing Shed

Dimensions: 55 m x 20 m x 12 m

Purpose: The finishing shed is where final touches are applied to products, ensuring they meet quality standards and customer specifications.

Covered Store Shed

Dimensions: 25 m x 20 m x 12 m

Purpose: This facility serves as a storage area for raw materials, components, and finished goods, protecting them from the elements and ensuring easy access during production.

Parking Space

Capacity: Approximately 200 vehicles (horses and chassis)

Purpose: Sufficient parking facilitates smooth logistics and operational efficiency for employees and suppliers.
